I was sorting out my den/office this weekend and came across a Microsoft operational excellence resource CD. The concept seems quite good (although the content seemed a little out of date, even bearing in mind that it had sat in a pile of "stuff to look at when I have time" for 10 months); however, the
operational excellence section of the Microsoft website is worth a look.
