My blogs are going to focus on the "consumer" of today. I am a consumer and I just so happen to work in the technology industry. These two things combined make me a frustrated consumer. I know what can be achieved through the use of innovative technology and I know what, me, as a consumer, wants and expects from the retailers and financial services companies of today.
