Downloading on Windows Mobile 5.0

So I'm downloading this large zip file to the Vodafone v1640 the other day... I'm doing this via my WiFi at home to an SD card.

The file was over 25MB which isn't a problem as I have over 1.5GB spare on the SD card. But that's where I start to get confused. I leave it downloading for a minute and I come back. With a warning... Memory low. Then it bombs out the download! HUH? Huh? <img src=" />

So I try again, but this time I have a look at the memory control panel. The Free Storage level is dropping. Yet nothing is happening on the card... Does this mean that the OS store downloads onto the main memory first? Are we looking at the same issue that I have with my Smartphones using Windows Mobile 5.0 and the TEMP folder? (link)

Doh!!! I do hope they fix that little feature out soon!
