Many a time on this blog I have pointed to other Conchango bloggers and recommended them as worthy of your time. Perhaps I shouldn't do it. Perhaps my determination to promote Conchango as a group of forward-thinking individuals clouds my judgement of reality. To be honest, I'm not really in a position to judge and frankly it doesn't really bother me much anyway.
And anyway, here I go again! In this case though its a little different to before because I want to refer you to a guy called Mick Horne. Quick of grumpiness and short on tolerance he may be but nevertheless Mick is my "goto" guy. I've worked side by side with him for most of my 32 months in Conchango. Hell, he was even the one that gave me a job here.
We have been working on the same project for about 15 months now going through the trials and tribulations of SoBI for a multinational oil company and finally someone has persuaded him that that experience might actually be worth talking about. And so it begins...
So stop and take a read. In between the inane sarcasm, bone-dry sense of humour and northern gruffness you might, just might, learn something. But if he strays off-topic, don't listen to a word he says!
