Those of you au fait with the Microsoft BI platform will be fully aware that Microsoft will soon be releasing a new product called PerformancePoint that is intended to set a new standard for front-end services on the SQL Server BI platform. We in the Microsoft BI team at Conchango are tremendously excited about PerformancePoint and the opportunities that it will provide for both ourselves and our clients and as such will be embracing this new technology to the full.
As a demonstration of our commitment to PerformancePoint we are looking to specifically recruit someone to lead our PerformancePoint activities. The spec for this role can be seen here. In contrast to our normal recruiting practice for BI consultants we are looking for someone with specific experience of the business scenarios that PerformancePoint is intended to help out in - those being financial reporting, planning and management. As such, only the best candidates need apply. Its an exciting role which we hope will herald an even more exciting time for Conchango in the BI arena.
