The Agile Business Conference is running this week (from the 7th – 9th of November) at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in London; Conchango is one of the Event’s “Platinum Sponsors”; Colin Bird (Conchango’s CTO) is presenting a session called “Running Multiple Agile Projects In Parallel” on November 9th at 12:45 (as part of the “Agile in Action” sessions):
This session will explore some of the issues encountered when making the step from just a few Agile teams to Agile adoption at a programme and/or organisational level. We will discuss some of Conchango’s experience with a number of alternative “Agile Scale Patterns” and pass on advice gained from the field. Conchango use a combination of Scrum, XP and common sense and while the content of this session should be relevant to any Agile framework practitioner it will reference terminology and experience from Scrum and XP projects.
