I recently purchased a copy of Egress - an RSS reader for the Pocket PC, after I saw that version 2.3 supports Newsgator Synchronisation Channels. Newsgator has been my RSS Aggregator of choice since its first release and I was a recent participant of the Outlook Edition 2.5 Beta programme.
Egress didn't come with any help files and I couldn't work out how to configure synchronisation, so I emailed the author, Karl Hessinger and within 24 hours I recieved the following email.
Newsgator support is through synchronized channels. Go to Manage Channels and click on the New, then Channel buttons. Select "Choose a synchronized channel" and click Next. Select "Newsgator synchronized channel" and click Next. You will then be prompted for your Newsgator username and password. After verifying your username/password with Bloglines you should see a list of your Newsgator subscribed channels from which you can select a channel to synchronize between Newsgator and Egress.
