Microsoft Architect Forum: The Value of Agile Methods

I'm co-presenting with Conchango's CTO Colin Bird at the Microsoft Architect Forum: Software Tools and Methods event tomorrow (6th December). We're going to be talking about "The Value of Agile Methods".

Colin will be covering Agile Methodologies, with particular reference to Scrum, while I will be focusing on the value and importance of Engineering Practices, some thoughts on how to approach Architecture on an Agile project and some of the exciting work we're doing with Visual Studio 2005 Team System.

I'll post the slides and some extended notes later on in the week.
